"Plan, promote, order, direct, regulate, coordinate and organize football in all its disciplines."

"Represent the RFEF and exercise, if applicable, the functions delegated by it."

"Constitute the maximum sporting authority for all clubs and affiliated members."

"Exercise competitive and disciplinary authority over all natural and/or legal persons that make up the federative entity."

"Resolve jurisdictional matters within its competence through its Committees."

"Promote the training and registration of footballers, referees, coaches and assistants."

"Qualify and organize official sporting activities and competitions."

"Act in coordination with the RFEF for the general promotion of football."
