The FCF is not just competition; it is community. The events that unite our football. From the Stars Gala to the great nights of celebration of the FCF.
STARS GALA
It is the most relevant event of professional football in Catalonia. In this gala, the most outstanding footballers, coaches and referees of the season are awarded, both in football and futsal. The event has great media coverage and is broadcast live by TV3.
GENERAL ASSEMBLY
It is the institutional event that closes the season. It presents the balance of activities for the entire course, the closing of economic accounts and regulatory modifications, submitting the proposals to a vote of all registered Catalan clubs.
COACH'S DAY
It is an annual training day that brings together leading speakers to address current technical issues. In addition to the lectures, the event serves to award recognitions to Catalan coaches who have achieved outstanding sporting merits during the previous season.
REFEREEING NIGHT
Organized by the Technical Committee of Referees, it is a gala of homage and recognition for football and futsal referees who have managed to move up in category during the previous season.
FUTSAL CLUBS CONVENTION
It is organized annually in May by the Catalan Futsal League. It is the space where the activity report, the budget for the following season and regulatory changes are discussed, the agreements of which are subsequently transferred to the General Assembly for ratification.
CATALAN FOOTBALL FESTIVAL
This event brings together during a June weekend the finals of the Catalan championships of formative football and the finals of the Futsal Catalan Cup. Nearly thirty matches are played and it is complemented with technical activities such as clinics for coaches and referees or the "Goalkeeper Challenge".
CHAMPIONS NIGHTS
Once the competitions are over, this event is held in 14 venues spread throughout Catalonia to deliver the cups to the league champion teams. In total, about 950 teams collect their trophy in a day where the Fair Play awards and recognitions to relevant people in the sector are also delivered.
