WE ARE ALL ONE TEAM
WE ARE ALL ONE TEAM is the campaign of the Catalan Football Federation to boost and promote Catalan amateur football and futsal. The project was born as a continuation of the other campaigns launched by the FCF, especially 'Joc Net' and 'Respect'. Starting in the 2019-2020 season with an investment of 1,150,000 euros in the first year and continuity over time, the initiative is aimed at a total of 936 clubs in the First, Second, Third, and Fourth Catalan categories in football, and the Catalan Honor Division, and First, Second, and Third Catalan categories of the LCFS in futsal.
Among others, its main axes are the improvement of the internal management of clubs with amateur teams in matters of documentary regime, and the promotion of sport in young people and grassroots football, favoring the transition from Youth to Amateur. Likewise, it also wants to contribute to the improvement of the health of athletes who practice football in these categories, as well as the promotion of fair play, with the reduction of the number of warnings per match, and ethical behavior in the sports facility. The WE ARE ALL ONE TEAM campaign conditions the delivery of certain economic aid in exchange for meeting a series of objectives. Likewise, it establishes the continuity of other campaigns started in previous seasons by the FCF.
THE AXES OF THE CAMPAIGN
The WE ARE ALL ONE TEAM campaign for amateur football and futsal wants to impact the following axes:
- Promotion of grassroots football by incentivizing the creation of teams in training categories.
- Promotion of football in young adults who leave football once their Youth stage is finished.
- Promotion of the JOC NET and RESPECT campaigns.
- Promotion of safe and healthy sports practice.
- Promotion of responsible management and improvement of the degree of regulatory compliance of sports entities.
- Visibility of Catalan amateur football and futsal.
THE MEASURES OF WE ARE ALL ONE TEAM
The specific measures of WE ARE ALL ONE TEAM, aimed at teams for the perception of economic aid, are as follows:
- Have a dependent or affiliate team in grassroots football categories, in compliance with the regulations.
- Progressively have a greater presence of under-23 players. Economic incentives will be established in the Catalan Footballers' Mutual Society fee.
- Promotion of JOC NET AND RESPECT campaigns:
- Comply with the initial and final greeting procedure of the match
- Display the new banner of the WE ARE ALL ONE TEAM campaign and those banners determined by the FCF
- Compete with the official ball showing the campaign slogans
- Adhere to the Code of Ethics and perform dissemination actions
- Register qualified technicians with the required training.
- All registered players must have a valid medical check-up and paid the Catalan Footballers' Mutual Society fee.
- Promotion of responsible management and improvement of the degree of regulatory compliance of sports entities.
- Live broadcasts of First Catalan and LCFS matches on FCF TV.
THE SUBSIDY CRITERIA
In the football categories, the WE ARE ALL ONE TEAM campaign will have these lines of economic aid, not mutually exclusive:
- Refund of the team registration fee.
- Economic aid to cover travel expenses.
- Economic aid to cover refereeing expenses.
- Partial bonus of the Catalan Footballers' Mutual Society fees.
- Aid in sports equipment, with game balls.
- FAIR PLAY Award: an economic prize will be given at the end of the season to the two teams with the fewest warnings and expulsions from each group, who practice the cleanest game.
- Additional lines of aid will be established for clubs that acquire defibrillators for the sports facility.
ELEMENTS THAT FORM PART OF THE CAMPAIGN
The logo of the WE ARE ALL ONE TEAM campaign is illustrated through the hand clash between two rival footballers, emphasizing that, despite the competitive aspect during the match, both are part of the great family of Catalan football. Football is the common link between players and rival teams.
Regarding the official ball, with the sponsorship of the General Secretariat of Sport and Physical Activity, new models for both football and futsal have been created for the next season, characterized by their innovative and attractive design:
- Futcat1: for 11-a-side football matches.
- Futcat2: for 7-a-side football matches.
- Futcat3: for Debutants category matches.
- Futcat Copa: for the Catalan Supercup, the Copa Catalunya, and matches of the Absolute Catalan National Teams.
- Futcat LCFS: available in three different sizes.
- Futcat Copa sala: for the Copa Catalunya Futsal finals.
